Are the prices on this site current?
They are the counter price and we review them regularly. Chemical prices move with import costs and the exchange rate, so confirm on WhatsApp before you travel a long way, we will tell you straight if a line has moved.
What is the smallest quantity I can buy?
Most materials start at 1 kg or a 5 litre jerry can. Some fragrances and dyes go smaller. At the other end we supply drums, IBCs and tonne quantities for production runs.
Do you deliver outside Nairobi?
Yes. Collection from the counter on Ronald Ngala Street, or courier and bus parcel to all 47 counties. Hazardous lines travel under the carrier’s rules, and we will tell you which those are before you pay.
Can you supply a safety data sheet or a certificate of analysis?
Safety data sheets are available for the materials we stock. Where the manufacturer issues a certificate of analysis for a batch, we will request it for you.
Do you help with formulations?
Our formulation library covers liquid soap, dishwashing liquid, bleach, fabric softener, handwash, toilet cleaner and washing powder, with quantities and a costing. If you are starting out, a starter kit is the cheaper way in.
How do I pay, and can you invoice?
M-Pesa, bank transfer or cash at the counter. Schools, hospitals, counties and established businesses can buy on LPO with invoicing, talk to us once and we will set your account up.
Can you match a material I am already buying?
Send a photo of the label or the spec sheet. In most cases we stock the same grade or a direct equivalent, and we will be honest when the equivalent behaves differently in your process.
